WHAT WE CAN RIP OUT
A small kitchen rip-out and a full commercial soft strip are different jobs. The scope, access and materials decide the crew, time and disposal requirement.
Units, worktops and suitable non-structural fixtures assessed before removal.
Suitable sanitary ware, units, screens and finishes once services are safely dealt with.
Selected flooring, underlay and associated non-structural finishes.
Fitted furniture, shelving, counters and other agreed non-structural items.
Partitions, furniture and suitable fixtures for office changeovers and refits.
Retail fixtures, counters and suitable non-structural fit-out material.
RIP-OUT PRICING
Rip-out costs are driven by what is actually fixed in place, how it comes apart, access to the site and what happens to the removed material. Good photos prevent a cheap guess becoming an expensive surprise.
BEFORE WE START
Our standard service is for non-structural removal. Anything structural, load-bearing or requiring specialist design or building-control input needs separate assessment.
Gas, electrical, asbestos-containing, chemical or other hazardous work must be isolated, removed or handled by appropriately competent people where required. Tell us what is present before the job is agreed.
HOW TO GET A QUOTE
Wide photos, close-ups and a walkthrough video help us understand the existing fit-out.
Tell us exactly what comes out, what stays and whether the stripped material needs taking away.
Postcode, parking, floor, stairs, lift and site restrictions all affect the job.
