The difficult bit usually isn't the mileage.
A short journey can still be a difficult move if an item is extremely heavy, fragile, top-heavy or trapped behind stairs and tight turns. We price the handling plan as well as the route.

PREP MATTERS
Some items need to be made ready before we arrive.
Drain and prepare
Fish and other livestock should be handled separately. Tanks need to be empty and safely prepared for transport unless another arrangement is agreed.
No leaks or unsafe fluids
Engines and machinery must be stable and suitable for transport. Tell us about fluids, batteries, fuel or other hazards before booking.
Disconnect first
Vending, arcade and similar machines should be isolated from utilities and ready to move by the time the crew arrives.

Can you move a fish tank or aquarium?
Potentially, yes. The aquarium should be drained and prepared before transport, and livestock should be handled separately by the owner or an appropriate specialist. Send dimensions, photos, access and both postcodes for assessment.
Do you move pianos?
Selected piano moves can be assessed depending on piano type, dimensions, weight, stairs, turns, access and the equipment and crew required. Some jobs may need a dedicated piano specialist.
Can you transport motorbikes?
Motorbike transport can be assessed as a transport job depending on bike size, loading access, route and suitable securing arrangements. It is not a breakdown-recovery service.

Prepared, stable and non-leaking engines or machinery can be assessed. We need dimensions, estimated weight, lifting/loading information and confirmation that there are no leaking or unsafe fluids.

Yes, suitable vending, arcade and fruit machines can be assessed. We need dimensions, estimated weight, access, steps and confirmation that the machine is disconnected and ready to move.

Specialist-move pricing depends on weight, dimensions, route, access, stairs, crew size, loading method, dismantling or preparation and any specialist handling equipment required.
